Currently we only serve the Durham region. We have ambitious plans to expand our services to other parts of the GTA in the near future.
How much is the delivery fee?
The main focus of our service is to provide relief to the customers and businesses who are burdened with the high fees of existing delivery service providers. Therefore, we provide an attractive low cost option for your delivery needs. You will be able to see the exact cost of the delivery at the time of your order. You will have the option at that time to either accept the fee or decline and use an alternate method.
How far are you able to deliver the items?
Our runners are ready to travel as far and as wide as you need them to. Note that the fee will reflect the distance travelled.
Can orders be placed ahead of time?
Certainly. For small orders you will have the option to either deliver right away or at a later time. For larger and catering orders, you will not have the option to deliver right away as this will take some planning.
What if there is an issue with the order?
If there is an issue with the quality of the items ordered or if there are missing items, you should contact the business directly. For all other matters, contact us and we will be eager to resolve it.
How can a Promo code be obtained and how can it be used?
Promo codes will be sent directly to you by our merchant partners. You will be prompted to use them when you check out.
